Construction Spiral Wire Machine – Fast, Precise, and Wire Forming Technology
Wire unwound from coils is straightened with horizontal and vertical rollers; spiral length, cut quantity, and diameter are entered on the console via an 11 kW frequency-controlled drive motor. Cutting and pitch are hydraulically driven; after correct diameter and pitch settings, the machine automatically produces the specified quantity and stops. Rollers and blades in contact with the wire are made of hardened/cooled material; the center pin is motor-driven, and the balancing plate automatically generates diameter via encoder.
